Economics PhD to receive Joseph-Armand Bombardier CGS Doctoral Scholarship

Congratulations to PhD student Camille Simardone on receiving the Joseph-Armand Bombardier CGS Doctoral Scholarship from SSHRC.

May 24, 2018

Camille is in her second year of her PhD program with the Department of Economics. Her fields of study are Econometrics and Labour Economics. Her research aims to develop the work on frequentist model averaging (which accounts for model uncertainty and overcomes limitations of model selection) and to apply it to problems encountered in empirical labour economics, such as estimating the returns on education.

Congratulations to Camille!
