Dear Administrators,
Please review the attached memo from the Arts Join Health & Safety Committee.  They indicate that
there are bookshelves in various departments that need to be secured to the wall and or overloaded
electrical outlets and power cords.
It would be helpful if you would:
1.   review your latest inspection report to ensure that all concerns have been addressed.
2.   scan the signed report and forward it to me in a PDF
3.   advise me if there are bookshelves that need to be adhered to the wall in your department
4.   advise me if there is a need for a powerbar
Charlotte, Linda and I will review and reply to the JHSC regarding outstanding safety issues.
